Q:  What if the style I want is not currently available on my wedding date?

Contact us and let us know which piece you want and your wedding date. Adorn is constantly adding additional jewelry rental pieces to the inventory! We continually review and add additional jewelry rental pieces to our inventory in popular styles based on current trends.

Q:  Can I order pieces for the mothers or bridesmaids?

Yes, of course! Brides shouldn’t get to have all of the fun.

Q:  May I order jewelry for events other than weddings?

Absolutely! Renting Adorn jewelry is a perfect solution any time you desire the glamour that real jewelry brings.

Q:  How will my jewelry arrive?

Your jewelry rental pieces will be delivered directly to you. Adorn will notify you via e-mail when your order is shipped and confirm the date of its arrival. Also, because we require a signature for delivery, select a shipping address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the shipment during the daytime.

Q:  Do I need to pay for shipping or insurance when I return the jewelry?

No. Adorn will include a pre-paid and pre-addressed return package in your shipment. All you will need to do is repackage the jewelry and take it to a UPS Office or Store for shipment.

Q:  What is a Security Deposit and why do you do it?

Adorn places a reserve on your credit card equal to approximately 5% of the retail value of the jewelry the week of your shipment. This serves as a deposit while you have the jewelry rentals in your possession.

Q:  What happens if I don’t return the jewelry by the designated time?

Due to the nature of our business, it’s very important that you return your jewelry rentals on time. If you’re 1 day late, you will be charged a late fee equal to 20% of your total rental fees. If you’re 2-7 days late, you will be charged a late fee equivalent to 100% of your total rental fees or double the amount of your original jewelry rental price. If you’re 8-14 days late, you will be charged a late fee equivalent to 200% of your total rental fees or triple the amount of your original rental price. If it’s more than 14 days late, you will be charged pursuant to the terms and conditions of your rental - an amount equal to the Retail Value attributable to each item plus any due jewelry rental fees, shipping fees and taxes.

In short, for your benefit… return your jewelry on time!


Q:  What if I don’t have enough credit available on my credit card?

First, keep in mind that Adorn won’t apply the reserve for the Security Deposit until the week of shipment, so you have some time to reduce the charges on your account and/or work with your credit card company to increase your account limits. Second, we provide you the option at checkout of adding a second credit card, which will allow you to reserve 50% of the deposit on each card. The third option would be to ask a family member to utilize their account for the security deposit.

Q:  Are all of your jewelry pieces real?

We guarantee the stones and metals of all our jewelry are geniune and of the finest quality. Prior to shipment, each piece is professionally inspected and cleaned, so you can feel confident it will shine and sparkle with brilliance.
